As the mafia wars moscow unfolds the story line deepens and so does the 2 sides – mafiya and vory gang.

Which side will you ultimately choose and stick with? And what is the difference between Vory and Mafiya?

Does mafiya gives better loots and payout or does vory give better experience and money? Vory for better weapons? or Mafiya for better defense? Read more about here as this post will be focus on only the Mafiya vory decision making in mafia wars moscow!

You will be forced by Mafia Wars to pick a stand of which gang to job, either vory or mafiya,  in every chapter 2 of every single episode of Moscow. Depending on what you choose, the loots, payout experience ratio will differs betweeen them.

The job requirements will be different for both groups as you progress into the late episodes.

Moscow Episode 1 – Baklany Vory Mafiya Pick

Episode 1 Vory Loot – Cherepaka Compact – will be a vehicle which has 18 attack and 25 defense

Episode 1 Mafiya Loot -  Molotok Pistol – which has 22 Attack and 26 Defense

No difference in either being a vory or mafiya in episode 1. Both special loots are just as poor. And since the job requirement is exactly the same, we can only compare the payout and experience ratio between vory and mafiya.

In this aspect, mafiya has a slightly better payout and experience ratio.

Moscow Episode 2- Boets Vory Mafiya Side

Episode 2 Vory Loot - Severnyy Olen Snowbike – will be a vehicle which has 32 attack and 20 defense

Episode 2 Mafiya Loot – RAS-15 – which has 30 Attack and 18 Defense

No difference between vory and mafiya loot, both are as crappy to me.

Once again, Mafiya gets the better experience and payout ratio.

However, Vory has a small advantage here with their lower job requirements. While the mafiya gang requires a Dvina which costs a whopping 3.2million, Vory only needs a concealable camera to finish the job off. 3.2 million is a huge amount when you are starting out in the 2nd episode of the game.

Episode 3 Vory Loot will be a weapon – Taiga Combat Shotgun – which has 32 attack and 20 defense

Episode 3 Mafiya Loot - Volk Luxury Sedan – which has 24 Attack and 36 defense

Once again, nothing special between the loots for both side in episode 3. And of course, better experience and payout ratio for the mafiya gang again.

The payout received for both sides for completing the jobs are extremely close, with a average difference of 4k between them. Mafiya has a slight advantage in the experience ratio in Brigadir episode, however this advantage is almost negliable.

This time, the gap between vory and mafiya is getting significant in terms of job requirements. At Level 1, Mafiya needs to fork out 8.2m more money in order to complete level 1 job mastery.

With lower payout requirement, the obvious winner here is the vory gang in moscow episode 3

Avtoritet Episode 4 Vory Loot will be an armor- Shturmovik – which has 45 attack and 28 defense

Avtoritet Episode 4 Mafiya Loot will be an vehicle – Orel Armored Helicopter- which has 24 attack and 40 defense

One look and the loot seems balanced, am i correct? You cant be any further from the truth, it is extremely unbalanced.

Take a look at your loot list and you will discovered that vory’s loot for episode 4 has one of the highest attacks among the rest of the loot.

While for Mafiya’s helicopter loot, the puny 40 defense is outshine by Armored State Car (+42 defense) which can be gotten easily at Cuba’s El Padrino Job Tier.

And to get the helicopter mafiya loot, you must have an untraceable cell phone. I believed that you have experienced the torture of collecting the cell phones in New York, hence i believed that you do not want to go through this process again.

So, now you know which is a better choice for this job tier?

Episode 5 Vory Loot will be Ubijca Assault Rifle a Weapon with 43 Attack and 18 Defence

Episode 5 Mafiya Loot will be Klyk-9 Machine Pistol is a weapon with 21 Attack and 43 Defence.

The XP and payout ratio are extremely closed, hence no zygna is not baised towards any group for Vor episdoe.

When comparing between the loots of the 2 groups, it is much more balanced now, unlike Avtoritet Job Tier.

Ubijca assault rifle is the best offensive weapon, in the game, as of this stage, but has 1 only more attacking point than TNT. So if you have a lot of TNT items, you will probably choose Mafiya to get the other item.

Klyk-9 Machine Pistol is the best defensive weapon at Episode 5, but it loses to episode 6’s Mafiya loot, Zmeya Carbon Blade, which is a 28 attack 44 defence weapon.

Seems that to me,this tier vory mafiya loot is balanced. However in episode 6, mafiya supporters will have the best defensive weapon (again) and this makes episode 5 mafiya’s loot redundant.

As there is no reason to get the top and second defensive weapon. Anyone smart enough will spend time on Mafiya in chapter 6 to get the best defensive weapon.

Personally, Vory is the winner here with another top offensive weapon. Why not Mafiya? Well it is because of the way episode 6 vory mafiya loot is structured.

Moscow Episode 6- Pakhan Vory Mafiya Side

As continue above, the best defensive weapon in the entire game will be from the Mafiya faction at this point of time. And being a vory, gives you the best defensive vehicle in the enter game as well.

Stick with the vorians to get Konstantin Cargo Carrier with a 18 attack and 44 defense. Mingle with the Mafiya to get Zmeya Carbon Blade with 28 attack and 44 defense.

For me, i recommend joining Mafiya rather than vory in the pakhan chapter of mafia wars facebook. 44 defense for a vehicle is nothing impressive. At Vor episode, it is possible to receive a Arkticheskij Gus vehicle, and it comes with 42 defense. And in new york tier, an armored state car comes with 42 defense as well.

Hence a 44 defense vehicle, with 2 points of defense over those common 42 defense vehicles, i rather stick with the 44 defense blade in this vory mafiya battle!

** Do not be alarmed if you see some of XP received listed here are different from yours. The experience stated here are inclusive of my bonus 5% from Private island(mafia wars faq job mastery) However, this does not mean the above table will not work for you. As shown by the table, the bank will still provide the most xp ratio even though it will be 5% lesser.

* The items required for each job in the episode are the items required by level 1 job mastery. For level 2 item requirement, multiply the quantity needed by 2 and for level 3, mulitply by 3

Example, for collect a ransom, 2 mototsykl and 1 taksi is required for level job. Level 2 will require 4mototsykl and 2 taksi and level 3 will require 6 mototsykl and 3 taksi
