This is certainly interesting, at least to me.
When you start playing this mini game in medical mayhem, it seems boring or even stupid. However the more i play, the more i enjoy this short game.
What is this Old Man Peeing Game All about?
The goal is pretty easy. You just have to aim into the 
urinal. Every time you aim into the urinal, you gain points.
And if you do not spray onto the floor, you gain additional bonus points.
However there is a bug, if you score more than 9,999 the score will auto reset to 9000. There are 3 different rewards, 400 cash, 3 reputation points or 1 gold.
How to get the Elusive 1 Gold
I have tried various method to get a 1 gold reward everytime, but i am bluffed by the inconsistency. The rewards received can vary with the score. I have tried to “aim” for a 400 cash, and i am able to get 400 cash from score stages, in the 4000s, 5000s, 6000s, up to 9000s and even exceeding 9999 and have my score reset back to 9000.
I even received 1 gold with a low score of 4000. Hence just play for fun and do not have any expectation in mind while playing this game
