That a design of my current hospital.
Why pink color walls? Are you wondering that why i got special color walls? I have gotten the healing hand for curing 3000 patients, hence i am able to change my wall color.
Anyway, here are the explanation guide of the various locations of your hospital in Medical Mayhem.
#1 is your beautiful receptionist, who will provide information your about your patient status.
#2 is your diagnose room where all your visitors will go to. Depending on the doctor’s diagnose, they might be sent to other departments in the game, sent home. If they are sent to other departments, you can earn from these patients again. If not, you only earn the diagnose fee from them once.
#3 Is the ward, where you make money from them again by nursing them back to health. Every upgrade of the nurse ward reduce the staying period of the patient, hence you will have faster patient turnover rate.
#4 That the restroom, where you play the old man peenig game by clicking on the exclamation mark
#5 The pharmacy, where you make money peddling your medicine. Every upgrade reduce the time you need to dispense your medicine = shorter waiting time for your patients.
#6 The operating room, earn money from your poor patient by operating on them. Why do i say poor patient? check your loading screen for more answers. 
#7 The presidents office, or rather, your office, to send out your spies, check on your nurse and your expert doctor
#8 Research Center, For you to perform upgrades on the diagnose room, ward, operating room, pharmacy, spies, nurses and doctors. Every upgrade increases the amount of money you received. Example, if you upgrade your diagnose room, you get more money per patient.
#9 Emergency room. Not yet activated
#10 Path to the Dark side. Not yet activated
#11 Stairs of justice. Not yet activated
Did you notice those funny people standing outside the various location of the hospital? They indicate the amount of people waiting to visit that particular section of your hospital. Basically, the more animated characters, the longer the waiting queue in that particular section
