Have higher reputation points to have more visitors visiting you. You can earn money in your hospital by diagnosing your patients in “The Diagnose Room”, “The Ward”, “The Pharmacy” and “The OR”
Well, did i mentioned that you are not restricted to your hospital to generate income? You can send spies to other hospital to steal money, send your hot and beautiful nurses to other hospitals to lure patients and even bring your own doctor to other hospitals to earn money!
