Commandant Episode

Not much of attractive boosts for the 2nd collection, while they seems to be less generous with stats points now. In Moscow, the first vault collection us 4-10 stats points. and now, it is only a merely 5 points.

At least for episode 3, the rewards are much better now with a permanent 7 defence point
