The NEW Facebook Bejeweled Blitz Guide and Introduction

Enjoy the new bejeweled blitz in facebook.

While playing, switch on the game volume, the sound effect is simply marvellous!

Some of the gems are being renamed,

Power cube becomes Flaming gem. Created by combining 4 cubes in a row

It keeps the same function, clearing off an area of 3×3

Hyper cube becomes Rainbow Gem Created by combining 5 cubes in a row

It keeps the same function, clearing off all gems of the color it swapped with. If you swapped with a red gem, all the red gems will be removed.

And a new cube is being created in bejeweled blitz which is called star gem which explodes vertically and horiztontally. Did i mention that it is the whole row, up and down?

How to get it? By creating an explosion in the shape of a T or L.  Refer to the above image, swap the 4th gem on the left on the top row with the red gem beneath it. and that a T explosion. Because it forms a T shape. Get the idea?

Now this is the effect of the star gem

Saw the last hurrah words in the picture? It is a new cheat (function) which popcap have added in.

With the new edition of facebook bejeweled blitz, of course new functions are added.

As you have seen, it is the last hurrah As the name states, it means to add as your last hurrah. Your last try to get free points.

At 0 seconds, whatever special gems that you have will explode by themselves. giving you additional points sometimes up to 10,000 points of even 22k points!
