Emergency room was finally released in a recent game patch.
Basically, you will have to answer questions in order to get the different rewards available. Some question involves solving some puzzle and one of the question certainly tested my eye sight.
One of the questions involves finding a hidden word. And the answer to the hidden word in medical mayhem involves zooming. If you are not aware, you are able to zoom into the game. Simply right click and select zoom in. Once zoomed in, you will be able to find the hidden word easily as it is written in an extremely small font. And you can repeat the zooming process 3-4 times to find the word. And while zoomed in, you are not allowed to scroll around the game. Hence, the tedious work of zooming in and out just to find the hidden word.
There is not fix locations for where the word might hide. It can appear at the anywhere, but the common areas to zoom in are receptionist, diagnosis room, ward, pharmacy, operating room president office, emergency room and research center. Zoom in around to find your hidden word. 
here a step by step guide to find the hidden words in medical mayhem
Note: The hidden word will only appear when the hidden word emergency is activated. Which should look something like this.
To find the hidden word, click on the X button at the top right.
Next, look at your hospital for any suspicious black marking, or black line that suddenly appear out of nowhere. Take note, it is not easy to notice it at full view.

Zoom in 2x to get this and the word is still too small!! Hidden word quest in this facebook game really test our eyesights!
3x zoom and the word is only getting clearer.
The hidden word changes every single time you receive this medical emergency in medical mayhem, hence do not blindly copy and paste my Basophobia into your hidden word text.

actually, you can scroll around once zoomed in. when you right click, the scrolling cursor comes aand you just have tokeep right-clicking before you scroll. makes it easier

Another tip, instead of having to zoom in so much, is when you see that “little black blurb” you can actually run your cursor over it, highlight, copy and paste…really really simple and it WASN’T “basophobia” for me!
